Almost all our books are produced by a Print On Demand printer.
They will ship the books directly to your delivery address via UPS.
(New Jersey residents are charged Sales Tax on both the books and the shipping and handling charges).
Once the order has been placed, the printer will produce the books and ship them to you.
For this reason we do not offer refunds after an order has been placed.
If we make a mistake in your order we will correct it, if possible, at our own expense.
