This book refreshes the spirit. I practice meditation whenever I get time. The exercises in this book are stimualting and timely. The exercises here create a sense of well being and relaxation. It opens the mind to ideas that may have been pushed to the back of our mind and enlightens the spirit to realize that all things just may be possible. I do believe these exercises foster confideence and spiritual well being. Well worth reading!
